That's why it was also very important to us at Lebkuchen Schmidt to create an organic assortment for our nature-conscious customers that fulfils all wishes for nibbles in the winter time and is even certified organic at the same time. 

You will therefore find a mixture of our products in our organic selection. The ingredients for the delicacies come exclusively from organic-certified suppliers, in high quality for natural enjoyment.

In excellent organic quality, you can find Lebkuchen Schmidt Stollen, Spekulatius and chocolate coated Elisen-Lebkuchen. These are even vegan - and therefore suitable for every sweet tooth!
