• Walnut Elise with Maple Syrup:2026’s Lebkuchen of the Year! A harmonious composition of tart, spicy walnuts and aromatic maple syrup, refined with 16% walnuts and 14% hazelnuts and almonds and coated in melt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate.
• Wild Blueberry Marzipan Elise: 2025’s Lebkuchen of the Year! Finest Elisen-Lebkuchen with fruity wild blueberries, marzipan and 25% nuts and almonds. Coated in dark chocolate and garnished with decorative strips of white chocolate.
• Finest Southern Elisen: 2023’s Lebkuchen of the Year! Finest Elisen-Lebkuchen with 28% almonds and baked without flour in the dough. Exceptionally fruity flavour thanks to Sicilian blood oranges and finely balanced with cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Coated with dark chocolate.
• Elisen Treasure: 2024’s Lebkuchen of the Year! Finest Elisen-Lebkuchen with juicy Jamaican rum raisins, 29% hazelnuts and baked traditionally without flour in the dough. Covered in delicate milk chocolate and decorated with fine dark chocolate stripes.
• Elisen Queen: At 40%, this finest Elisen-Lebkuchen has the highest nut and almond content in the collection. Baked without flour in the dough, coated in milk chocolate and finished with chocolate flakes – the crowning glory of fine Lebkuchen!
• Caramelised Almond Elise: Finest Elisen-Lebkuchen baked without flour in the dough. Containing 34% nuts and almonds, it’s topped with crunchy almond brittle and dark chocolate to give it a particularly exquisite caramelised almond aroma.
• Baked Apple Elise: Finest Elisen-Lebkuchen with 26% nuts and almonds. Baked with fruity apple pieces, winter spices and a fine baked apple flavour and finished with a delicate sugar glaze.
• Black Elise: Finest Elisen-Lebkuchen made according to a traditional recipe with 28% nuts and almonds. Cocoa powder and a dark chocolate glaze create a particularly luxurious, intensely chocolaty aroma.
